Refund and Return Policy

At Shreem, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund and return policy outlines the steps you can take. 

Time Frame: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a resend or a refund .  Customers are liable for any charges required to return the order. 

Refund or Resend: If a product is delivered damaged or if the wrong item is sent, we will either:

• • Resend the product at no extra cost, or
  • Provide a full refund.

Photo Requirement: Customers are required to send a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product to our customer care at sales@shreem.store to process resend or refund. 

Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Any item that is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Note : Please do mention the Order Number and Customer Name as sender details.
