The problem I had was with the store service, before I bought the backpack I asked them if they could declare a lower amount so I wouldn't be charged with customs taxes, to which they confirmed that they would declare a lower amount. After the backpack arrived at my country, the customs seized the item because they didn't declare a lower amount, as agreed, so I had to pay double the price. If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place… The backpack turned out to be quite expensive!!!
