Refund and Return Policy

At Shreem, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund and resend policy outlines the steps you can take. 

Time Frame: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a resend or a refund .  Customers are liable for any charges if required to return the order to our china warehouse. 

Refund or Resend: If a product is delivered damaged or if the wrong item is sent, we will either:

    • Resend the product at no extra cost, or
    • Provide a full refund.

Photo Requirement: Customers are required to send a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product to our customer care at sales@shreem.store to process resend or refund. 

We do not accept Returns :

As all our products are directly shipped from our CHINA warehouse we do not acccept returns on any of our sales .
